The playgroup staff actively pursue activities outside in nature whether at farms, farming fields adjacent to the playgroup site or walking to various locations around the village. We are fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful woodland, farm land and residential areas offering lots of chances to talk to the children about their surroundings, where they live and their family (Communication and Language and Understanding the World curriculum link).
